Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By receiving services at Le Caprice Spa, you agree to this policy.
Payment in Advance
Le Caprice Spa requires payment in advance for all services to be rendered. Payment may be made by cash, credit card, or any other accepted payment method. Failure to provide payment in advance may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
Package Expiration
All packages purchased from Le Caprice Spa are subject to an expiration date. Please ensure you are aware of the expiration terms at the time of purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All sales at Le Caprice Spa are final. It is your responsibility to review and confirm the services and products you wish to purchase before completing any transaction.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Package holders who cancel late will have a session deducted from their package to accommodate scheduling.
Skincare Product Returns
All skincare product sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, Le Caprice Spa does not accept returns on any skincare products.
